Pacific Community Ventures Completes $2.7M investment in Galaxy Deserts

Galaxy Desserts is the pioneering developer, manufacturer and marketer of all-natural, gourmet single-serving desserts. Located in Richmond, California, Galaxy’s high-quality and innovative products—including mousse cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, classic cakes, croissants, and dry mixes—are sold nationwide through major retail chains, specialty stores and hospitality locations. Galaxy products have a handcrafted, artisan taste and homemade appearance, yet are designed to be efficiently produced at high volumes.
